Parcel delivered visibly damaged

We assign your goods to the best carriers available to guarantee you receive the most professional and reliable delivery service each time. During transit, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, goods may arrive damaged.
Upon receipt of your goods::

  • Should the package appear ruined, dented or damaged, accept the package, sign the delivery note and make sure to add the clause "damaged parcel/s"; please keep a copy of the signed delivery note
  • Should a package be missing, accept the delivery, sign the delivery note and add the clause "missing parcel/s"; please keep a copy of the signed delivery note

By signing conditionally we can activate your shipment insurance without further costs thus allowing us to solve your problem efficiently and promptly.
NB. Should your parcel be even only slightly damaged or should you be doubtful regards the integrity of your goods, sign the consignment note conditionally, otherwise we will not be able to activate your shipment insurance.

All products are covered by the Manufacturer’s 1 year Warranty.
